Apoyando a un Ángel started in 2014 with the purpose of giving back to the community and promoting educational opportunities for children in the US and México.
Apoyando a un Ángel gathers the entrepreneurial spirit of a group of local business leaders and volunteers, and through hard work and dedication focuses on helping solve some of the immediate needs of our community.
We focus on education, health, and emergency responses.

From our first back-to-school backpack and school supply drives for children in need to collecting water, food and emergency supplies for hurricane victims in Texas, or providing $10,000 in scholarship to Central Texas kids, Apoyando un Ángel looks for ways to make a difference in the lives and opportunities of those in need.
We are a 501 © 3 Non profit organization.

What do we do?
Our main commitment is to work for kids and adolescents, so they won’t drop out of school. We also work together with people that are going through hard situations, so they can find the opportunity to build back their lives and achieve a better future.
We have an annual school supply drive for children in Central Texas.
We provide scholarship funds for youth heading out to college.
We collect funds and support families or individuals battling cancer.
We provide emergency supplies, food, and funds to victims of natural disasters such as hurricanes, floods, and earthquakes (US and México).
We have led volunteers to assist people in Houston, Oaxaca and Jalisco, México.
Teamwork makes the dreamwork!
